This Privacy Statement sets out how this website is managed and how it processes the personal data Users
provide when they use website. It also informs on the processing of data given by the persons concerned
to the Controller through this website.
In compliance with articles 13 (for data collected from the persons concerned) and 14 (for data not
collected from the persons concerned) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we provide the following
information to the Users of this site, and we refer exclusively to the processing of data through this
website, and not through other websites possibly visited through links from this site (see the related
statements made by the Controllers).
This website, and the services offered through it are reserved to people aged 18 and over. The Controller,
therefore, does not collect personal data related to persons under 18. Upon request of such Users, the
Controller shall promptly delete all personal data collected involuntarily.

(hereinafter name of company or “Controller”), as the Controller of personal data of website Users
(hereinafter “Users”), provides the privacy statement below, in compliance with article 13 of the
Regulation EU 2016/679 of 27 th April 2016 (hereinafter “Regulation”).
The Controller reserves the right to appoint - as personal data processing agent - for technical assistance,
maintenance, technical management, and similar activities related to this website, a web agency or an
advisor, whose details may be communicated upon request made to the addresses given above. The
Controller and the Agent process Users’ data also thanks to their managers, who are appointed and given
instructions for the correct processing of personal data, even in oral form.
2. Purpose of processing
The personal data of the website Users, as described above, shall be processed in the ways and forms
described in the GDPR, to carry out the functions of the website, with particular, but not exclusive,
reference to the procedures described here for data collection, contact forms, possible registration
procedure / access to the restricted area, subscription to the newsletter, and similar activities.
Personal data given to the Controller shall be processed for the following purposes:
to follow up on specific requests addressed to the Controller by the User through the website and its
communication tools (contact forms, forms requiring information, and similar forms);
for a possible subscription to the newsletter and for sending of commercial and informative
communications related to the economic sector in which the Controller is engaged, provided User gives
for information-related communications concerning the services provided by the Controller, following a
request for information by e-mail or by filling up contact forms or other communication tools;
for other purposes or aims related to the ones indicated, included in the website activities;
for the processing of the e-mail address given by the person concerned during the sale of a product or
service, aimed also at sending, without any further consent, communications for the next direct sale of
products and services similar to those of the previous sale. The person concerned may in any case express
his/her own refusal and oppose such processing, both at the beginning and afterwards, easily and for free,
by following the instructions in each ensuing communication.
Processing of general data shall be carried out, also following the automatic data collection during
navigation, for the sole purposes of checking accesses to the website. This also applies to technical
cookies, namely session, functionality or analytics cookies, with requirements specified by the personal
data protection authority. In relation to the latter cookies, they may be included in technical cookies
where these are generated and used directly by the website. In any case, for such analytics cookies, the
website - in compliance with the Authority’s clarifications – envisaged the optimization of IP addresses and
the amendment to data processing. The collection and use of such navigation data (without prejudice for the de-identification of IP addresses) allow monitoring the website and improving the service offered, offering a better navigation experience to Users. Data collected through the e-mail platform.
To give exhaustive information, we point out that when sending communications by e-mail, SILOR SRL
uses a platform that, through statistical tracking systems, allows detecting when a message is opened, as
well as clicks on hypertext links contained in the e-mail, IP address used to open the e-mail message, and
which type of browser is used, and similar details. Data collection is related to the use of platform and is
an integral part of the functionalities of the system for sending messages.
The User may also easily oppose receipt of any further newsletters, by clicking on the link for withdrawing
consent contained in each newsletter sent by e-mail. Once consent has been withdrawn, the Controller
shall send a message to the User, by way of confirmation.
3. Legal basis of processing
Personal data processing is based on the right of information, compliance with contract or social contact
obligations, or – where necessary – on consent by filling in the information fields of the dedicated form.
Such action is free and assumes awareness on the part of the Users.
4. Controller’s legitimate interest
Processing personal data is also based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, such as the exercise of
his/her own rights within the information society, the execution of the contract, and direct marketing

Providing data on navigation by Users, for the purposes above, depends on the privacy level the Users
have enabled or disabled through the browser. In some cases, disabling may jeopardise navigation on this
website. For certain parts of this website, providing navigation data and/or using technical cookies is
mandatory for the correct functioning of the site.
Providing some data is in any case necessary for the very structure of the website and its procedures. Any
request of further, optional data shall be preceded by an approval ‘tick’. Providing all other data is
optional, according to the type of information that the Users want to give to the website.
6. Recipients of personal data
Data may be communicated to other companies, related, connected or controlled by the Controller, as
well as to advisors, or third parties working – also on behalf of the Controller – to carry out performances
related to the purposes listed in this statement, both within the EU and out of the EU (in this case, only
subjects joining the Privacy Shield protocol).
Navigation and similar data (see the previous information), as well as profiling cookies, also those of third
parties (see the Cookie Statement of this website), shall be communicated to the third parties concerned,
in case the latter do not manage them directly as Controllers.
7. Conservation period
Data provided by the person concerned shall be stored until the person concerned withdraws consent,
also by acting on his/her browser, cleaning cookies, or making a request, either explicit or not.
Navigation data shall be stored for the technical time needed to perform the functions for which they

Each person concerned is entitled to access, change, cancel (oblivion), restrict, receive notification in case
of correction, cancellation or limitation, portability, opposition, not to be subject to an individual
automated decision, including profiling, under articles from 15 to 22 of the GDPR.
These rights may be exercised according to forms and terms indicated in article 12 GDPR, by written
communication to be sent to the Controller by e-mail to the reference e-mail address.
The Controller shall give a response as soon as possible, and in any case within 1 month from receipt of
the request. Under articles 15 and following articles of the Regulation, the User has the right to require
access at any time.
9. Right to withdraw consent
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, by:
sending an e-mail to the Controller, at: email@example.com;
explicit communication at the Controller’s offices.
Each person concerned has the right to submit a complaint under articles 77 and following articles of the
GDPR to a control authority, in Italy this is the personal data protection authority.
The forms, methods, and terms to submit complaints are described and regulated by the national
legislation in force. The complaint does not jeopardise administrative and jurisdictional actions, which in
Italy may be proposed to the Authority of the competent Court.
Personal data provided with the form may be subject to profiling.
Profiling enables the Controller to evaluate certain personal features of the person concerned, related, in
particular, to his/he own preferences, interests, tastes, with reference to products sold and activities
carried out by the Controller, with the aim to allow the Controller to offer to the person concerned a sale
service that is more specific and targeted to his/her needs.
